  3. Send to Back is on the Tool Palette.

  5. Use this button to send the currently selected object behind all other objects on the label template.

  7. Holding down the option key while pressing Send To Back moves the currently selected rectangle, circle, or line object behind all other rectangles, circles, and lines.
